Si, Si, Si, La Copa Para Mi~*

A well deserved victory for our team, España. I am still at a loss for words. All in all, we truly deserved this Cup for the magnificent display of football. We beat up and comers Russia twice and the dreaded Italians. In the final, we made Germany look quite ordinary. The Germans were chasing Spanish shadows.
The best team of our generation. A balanced, world class team that is breathtaking to watch. Beautiful dance, exquisite art, technically gifted in offense and defense. Thank you La Roja for breaking the cycle and making our dreams come true.
A couple of random treasures:
* Ramos with a beautiful tribute to Antonio Puerta. He proudly displays his fellow Sevillista, who tragically passed away this past season, on his shirt.
* Palop proudly wears Arconada’s 1984 goalkeeper jersey. A tribute to the 1984 goalkeeper who helped Spain get to their last European final, but lost to Platini’s France in the end.
* Pichichi honors to David Villa who was instrumental in this tournament and brought confidence and joy to La Furia. Where would we be without Mara Villa’s dynamic run?
* Best player of the tournament – the Midfield of Spain, without a doubt!
* Kudos to Aragones for leaving talk on his future until AFTER the tournament.
* The best Euro cup ever? Most definitely, IMO. What do you think?
* Look out World Cup 2010, here we come!
Enjoy the fotos below of los Reyes del Europa!

I had a bet on Spain to win in March so thanks very much.
A fully merited win esp.after the disgraceful refereeing in 2002 & cheating from Henry in 2006.
However you need to find some quality defenders as Puyol & Marchena do not convince me at all. Capdevila is not international standard.
Things do look promising with players like Mata, Bueno & Krkic coming through. And bring back Joaquin .
Dont try pinching any more Argentines though ie Pachecho !!
Hope to see a Argentina Spain final in 2010. Both teams play passing attractive football. Vamos Espana & Vamos Argentina.
Germany are finished as a football power. No flair or imagination. They have one light in the darkness Kroos & nothing else.
Once again congratulations on behalf of the Argentine fans.

Who the hell is this porchetta loser?? even a blind person can admit Spain were the best team in the competition, and probably even the best team playing football today! But this idiot has the nerve to insult people physically and whatever just to hide the fact that his side (I imagine Italy) lost because they simply couldnt play to the same high standard as Spain. what a loser you are, im reading your comments and thinking what is your freaking point! and to talk about ethnic backgrounds, physical features and whatever, so what?? arent we all mixed throughout the centuries? howabout you post a photo of yourself so we can all see how ‘beautiful’ you are! funny how the italians (not all, but some, esp this idiot..) think everytime they lose they always deserve to win, in other words it’s impossible to lose to a better team on the day.. on top of that Spain played beautiful, exciting and attacking football, unlike the Italians who are always too scared to attack and just sit and defend for the whole game waiting for the other team to make a mistake.. you’re a loser and a coward, i see you’ve posted this from Spain, howabout you go outside where you are and say these things on the street, i guess you don’t have the balls to you ugly b!tch cobarde hijo de puta!!

Porky, keep on sizzling. I am relishing it. I see the foam dripping from your dirty mouth.
By the way, God knows how you come to think I am Greek. I am German. Basta. Understand? Stand still, will you?!
But keep on spouting. You know we need your posts for the thesis.
To those who are not in the picture:
It is a thesis on “Interrelashionships between racism and mental deprivation, with special emphasis on Italian subspecies”.
Keep sizzling, will ya? Poleeeeeze !
Good boy.

this porchetta guy, even more of a loser with every comment he writes..
like i said big boy, post a photo of yourself so we can all see how BEAUTIFUL you are.. or are you too scared of showing your face you pathetic moron.. i never said Spain beat Italy in normal time you fag, i simply said Spain played much better than Italy and deserved to go thru, you can think what you like but the whole world watched the game and said the same thing so why is your opinion all of sudden so important! obviously you can’t accept losing on penalties unless you actually win, and if the best team on the day should win, then its fair to say France shouldve won the 06 world cup as they played MUCH BETTER than you guys in that game, they attacked and played much better football than the italians who like i said play boring and put 9 guys in defence and 1 striker up front, usually a tall and lanky dude who runs off balance like in this case Toni, and in the past Vieri.. if everyone played football like the italians it wouldn’t be the world game.. its the teams like Brazil, Argentina, Spain, Portugal and a few others that keep the game entertaining… all this chest beating by you is typical of those who are making up for having little d!cks you fag!

Having read the comments on the Italy section, I am not surprised that Porchetta is Italian. That section is, for the most part, just filled to the brim with arrogance and racism. The other blogs, like Germany, actually congratulate Spain on their victory, while most of the Italian fans just bitch and moan about how they should have won, and how the Spanish are divers and cheaters. To the Italian fans that are actually rational, I suggest you distance yourselves from those like Porchetta.

Ah!! Well is so great to se how many enemies Italy has. That’s natural behaviour of jackals when the lion is down. We used to say “Many enemies a lot of honour”.
We are not arrogant we are just simply conscious of how strong we are. At the end of the day the Great Spain was not able to beat the poor Italy, and as correctly Aragones said the most difficult game for Spain was against Italy.
Someone wrote Spain played much better than Italy…and so what?? If I look back to the final of Euro 2000, Italy played much better than France but we lost. Soccer game is not a math equation and ball possession is not always an indicator that a team is playing better. Should I recall saves of Casillas vs Camoranesi and Di Natale? I did not see same saves from Buffons (isn’t?)
Someone wrote Brazile, Argentina, Spain (LOL), Portugal (LOL) and few other (WHO??) keep the game entertaining…Someone is forgetting what is the team currently World Champion and is also forgetting the palmares of Italy vs above mentioned teams (only Brazil can compete with us. And frankly speaking I get more fun winning that see clowns on the field (Portugal)
By saying the above I do not want at all to not recognize the well deserved victory of Spain, I’m just analyzing one game (Italy vs Spain) but once more the victory of Spain for what the team showed during the tournament was well deserved.

So here we go, first it was Porchetta, now its Sebastian bringing more racism into the debate, or is it the same idiot?? funny how as soon as Spain win the Euro all of a sudden we are no longer Europeans.. sounds like somebody can’t accept losing and feels they have to whinge and complain over nothing, even resort to racist comments simply to hide their own incompetence! Ok Sebastian (a.k.a Porchetta), so you break down the Spanish goals into bits and pieces, so what?? if you break down 99.99% of goals ever scored they all come down to someone making a mistake somewhere along the line! So what are you trying to prove? that goals only have merit, or should be counted ONLY if the other team didnt make a mistake? did it occurr to you that MAYBE most of these mistakes are caused by the pressure one team places on the other?? or is this just another attempt from an Italian (or are you German now) to discredit the Spanish, or any country in fact that they lose to! and since you want discuss fair play, howabout the penalty Italy scored against Australia in the 2nd round of the last world cup? when Grosso cheated and dived to get that penalty in the last minute.. was that fair? should that have ben allowed?? did you not most probably win that game because that penalty???
The Italians are so known for their cheating in matches and the whole world knows this, I accept that many teams try to cheat every now and then but no one does it like the Italians, who many times actually win games because of this (Spain vs Italy WC94??).. and what surprises me even more is that now when the tables are turned and its the Italians going home empty handed, you come up with any excuse possible to discredit Spain!
And how do u know this is just a passing phase for Spain, did they not also beat Germany who is on your so-called ‘elite’ list? Was Uruguay for example not once considered one of the elite teams many years back yet haven’t won a world cup since 1950? the elite teams are changing all the time, and the reason this list only includes teams from Europe and Sth America is because they were the only continents playing football at the time, now that Africa and Asia are starting to gain strength who knows if this elite list of yours won’t change in say 20-30 years time..!
what bothers me more about you is that you take cheap shots at other teams when you lose, and been racist and saying Spanish are not Europeans is just plain stupid and shows how ignorant and pathetic you are..
and like I said to Porky’s before he changed his name to gay sebastian, since you’re in Spain and if you think you have balls then why don’t you go outside and tell everyone on the street your racist opinions of the Spanish instead of hiding behind a computer you nazi maricón!!

hola azzurro, i apologise if I offended you but i was simply responding to some comments from an idiot by the name Porchetta, and if you saw what he had to write about the Spanish you’d think I was been too nice in my response.. anyways to be honest I’m a big fan of Italian culture but not a big fan of the Italian team, maybe me been Spanish and our historic rivalry in football has something to do with it, also the fact that in my opinion the Italians simply play dirty most of time and know how to hide it to win games, but Roberto Baggio is still one of my all time favourite players, and i think the Italian team with such talented players should be playing much more attacking football instead of playing defensive all the time.. it is very boring to watch and is a shame when you have such talented players in the team.. and I know for a fact that this opinion is shared by many Italians as well.. as for the Spain vs Italy game in this euro, if Buffon can show such sportmanship during and after the game then so can the likes of Porchetta a.k.a gay sebastian..!

lol porchetta keeps getting banned from every blogpage! he absolutely stirred everyone’s waters at the espn threads, but most of us grew fond of his schizophrenia and played along, of course changing our vocabulary but we all grew accustomed to read his particular real madrid hate along with the spaniards….

Congrats to spain, they really have the best team. I liked Holland bether then sapin at first and tough they wold win, altought they really disapointed against the Russians and the russians after all the hype teh victory over holland caused thenselves disapointed against spain. Anyway congrats to spain wich was indeed teh best and more constant team.
PS: Funny to see the italian porchetta (porky’s?) guy saying the spaniards are not europeans as italians are not thenselves the best example of a “germanic nordic apearence” and problaby some northerns european feel the same way about then. lol

I’ve READ/HEARD northern europenas saying about italians exactly the same you are saying about the spaniards. l0l0l0l0l
Spaniards are exactly the same as italians in the sense that they can range from olive skin and dark features to very pale skin and light features and people in northorn areas of those cauntries in average are lighter/paler than in southern areas. Brazil is a multicultural/multirracial society with people of all colors and ethnicities and several kinds of ethinic combinations. But acording to your point of view every brazilian is an african, every spaniard is an arab and every italian is a blonde german/swedish guy. Get a life!
I am not miself black or mulatto but i have no problem at all with the fact that there are many of then here because i exercise two words wich may not even exist on your dictionary: RESPECT and TOLERANCE.
Btw interesting how many (several thousent families) left the rich civilized italy and come to Brazil the mulatto country to escape famine and poverty and seek a betther live here. Many of than form northen italy: Veneto, Lombardia, Trentino-alto, etc… Funny to see italians, portuguese, Spaniards, Germans, etc.. complaining about brazilian imigrants in theyr countries when they came in FAR BIGGER numbers to Brazil in the past!
PS: Italy sucks in soccer!!! It always sucked, even when they won the cups! Even tough they usualy have good palyers and are in the elite of world football they always play in a ugly mediocer style wich is the epitomis of the ANTI-SOCCER as they always di even when win! Btw one of the biggest injustices in soccer was the brazilian 1982 team loose to a italian team that did not even deserved to be in the finals! But whe’ve got our revenge in 1994 by the hands (i mean feet) of a MULATTO player (Romario) lololol

Oh… i forgot to mention in my previous post that Marcos Senna, a brazilian “gorilla” , was one of the key players on the spanish team and one of the big responsibles for “breaking” the italian ferroglio! lololololololol

From Germany:
We lost to Spain. And it was deserved! Great team those Spaniards. No disgrace to have lost against them. By the way, it was only 1 : 0 , but nonetheless: Beautiful footballing.
Hey – it’ s sports ! Compliments to Spain !
See you in South Africa ( if indeed it should happen there, and not in the USA ,or England or Australia). I’d favour England.

Go Zé Fernando, you keep it coming.. it’s a shame though that Porchetta is no longer replying, i was enjoying seeing him squirm like a little gay worm everytime i replied to his bullshit, i always stayed one up though, don’t think he liked that very much, it just added to his inferiority complex.. oh well, im sure there’s plenty more idiots like him around, that too is a shame…

“driving a bike” ..hmm how do u do that?
On the other hand, i guess the majority of people in this world must be dumb losers with fat butts like you say, I mean it’s only.. THE WORLD GAME!!! something cycling will never be..!!
Not to mention half the cyclists end up been drug cheats, and that the only exciting part of the race is.. THE LAST 10 SECONDS!!!!
