Another day, another injury

The third injury in a week’s span has hit Spain’s training camp. Center midfielder Xabi Alonso missed a six-a-side game with a leg strain.

He was one of three players to miss training today. Asier Del Horno sat out and is still awaiting word on his World Cup status. Michel Salgado also sat out, but is expected back.
