Cesc watch 2006, Part II

Cesc Fabregas’ bruised foot is arguably receiving more media attention than any other foot in the world this week. Arsenal has ruled Fabregas fit for its Champions League match with Villarreal.

It seems by now that Fabregas should be a lock to make Spain’s squad. But a good performance against Villarreal , a Spanish opponent, would be like locking the door and throwing away the key.
