Strong Praise for Cesc

Add Diego Maradona to the list of Cesc Fabregas admirers. Following Fabregas’ strong performance off the bench against Tunisia, Maradona said: “I hope he carries on playing football like that. He was spectacular. Cesc gave Spain the final ball that it was lacking in the first half.”

Fabregas also goes on to talk about the possibility of meeting up with his Arsenal teammates that play for France in the next round.

“It could be very difficult because they are a great side and an experienced side, but we are showing people that we don’t have to be scared of anyone,” Fabregas said. “Of course I know Thierry Henry and Patrick Vieira well from the training ground at Arsenal, so I know it is going to be very difficult. Thierry, Patrick, Claude Makelele, I know them all and they are all difficult.”

The best is yet to come for Fabregas!

18 years old, yet his plays shows his maturity in reading the game. give him a few more years of experience and he can well be the best player in the world.

Cesc is the main reason we were able to beat Tunisia. We’re going to hear a lot more from him before this is all over.
